She has earned her professional status as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Michelle first ventured into the financial industry when she was hired as an executive administrative assistant in 2011. By 2012, she became registered as a licensed assistant having successfully completed the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) exam and the Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC). After pursuing a post-graduate degree in International Development Studies and realizing her passion in helping clients in reaching their financial goals, she decided to return as a assistant for Iryne Thian.

Michelle enjoys the simple things in life, being in nature or grabbing a coffee with friends. She also loves volunteering with international development organizations, whether its locally or participating in short-term overseas trips. She has volunteered with humanitarian agencies in China, Nicaragua, Brazil and Cambodia.

Alicia Yan

Marketing Coordinator

As a Public Relations professional, Alicia manages the online marketing communications at Thian Financial Solutions Inc. She specializes in web content, managing social media accounts, developing online strategies and sharing valuable information to our clients to read. Her work behind the scenes has contributed to an increasing number of viewers to our online platforms.

With a passion for travelling, Alicia hopes to visit all the best scuba diving sites in the world. She spends her free time with her daughter, visiting museums, watching movies and practicing art.
